Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions

1.Boil Pasta Shells :Cook until al dente.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook 8 oz pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2.Sear Steak Bites :2 to 3 minutes per side.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 3 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until foaming. Add sirloin steak bites in a single layer and cook for 2 to 3 minutes without moving until a golden crust forms. Flip and cook 1 to 2 minutes more. Transfer steak to a plate.

3.Bloom Garlic & Spices :1 minute over medium heat.

Reduce skillet heat to medium. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, and $\frac{1}{2}$ tsp smoked paprika.

4.Make Parmesan Cream Sauce :Whisk heavy cream and fresh Parmesan.

Reduce heat to low and melt 2 tbsp butter in the skillet. Gradually whisk in 1 cup heavy cream. Stir in 2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese until melted, smooth, and glossy.

5.Combine & Serve :Toss together and serve hot.

Fold the drained pasta shells into the creamy Parmesan sauce until evenly coated. Add the seared steak bites and accrued pan juices back into the skillet. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
